Looking for the Right Fit
Estalea uses a comprehensive screening and interview process to help us ensure that the right individual is selected for each position. After we receive a resume, we assess how well the individual’s experience, skills and education match the job requirements. If we feel that the individual may be a possible match, we will contact them to obtain additional information over the phone. We then determine which candidates have the best qualifications, and will conduct an interview to further assess who will be the best match for our business needs. For technical positions, we may also include a practical assignment which will further help us evaluate an individual’s technical skills and abilities. Once Estalea has hired an individual to fill an open position, we will provide valuable feedback on their job performance. Anyone who applies to work at Estalea should expect a challenge. Our business plan is very aggressive, and we need the right team members to accomplish our goals.
